Precision sieve (below 100 microns)
High-precision precision sieve with a mesh size of 100 microns or less, sieve with a pore diameter of 50 microns or less.
This product is manufactured in accordance with aviation standard HB1862-1999, national standard GB5330-2003, and international standard ISO9044-1999. It is divided into two types based on the weaving method: plain weave and twill weave (Figures 1 and 2). The industrial wire mesh complies with the Q/9D183-2002 standard and is made from brass, tin bronze, stainless steel, and nickel. The wire mesh comes in R10, R20, and R40/3 series, with mesh opening dimensions ranging from 8.00 to 0.015 mm (1 to 800 mesh/inch). It is produced according to China's national standard GB/T6003.1-1997, with sieve opening dimensions of 2.36 mm to 0.038 mm, and a precision of 2360 μm to 5 μm. Custom-made products are also available according to customer needs. According to China's international standard ISO3310-1, it is categorized into R20/3, R20, and R40/3 series (Tables 1 and 2). The materials available include brass, tin bronze, and stainless steel. The test sieves vary by material and include wire mesh test sieves, plate sieves, wooden frame wire mesh test sieves, frames, and lids.
